POLICY STRUCTURE · NOT FINAL TERMS
Acceptable Use Policy
Proposed boundaries for responsible creative production and integrations.
2 min read
This is a proposed structure, not final terms. It has not been through legal review and is not yet enforceable. Nothing here creates an agreement.
1. Scope
This draft covers product inputs, creative outputs, assistant tools and proposed studio services. Actual restrictions and enforcement must align with the implemented product, provider terms and applicable requirements.
2. Media, likeness and voice rights
Use only scripts, assets, identities and voices you are authorized to use for the intended task. Do not falsely attribute an endorsement or experience to a real person or customer.
A generated presenter, reference clip or connected tool does not remove the need for rights and consent.
3. Product claims and misleading content
Do not use the service to fabricate customer testimonials, product efficacy or advertising results. Review factual claims and accurate product appearance before publication.
The final policy must define how synthetic-media disclosure and sensitive product categories are handled.
4. Harmful or unlawful activity
Define and enforce restrictions on unlawful content, fraud, exploitation, harassment and other harmful use. Sensitive content categories require review against actual provider rules.
These are proposed boundaries, not a claim that a complete moderation system is live.
5. Security, automation and access
Do not bypass permissions, obtain unrelated project data, share credentials or misuse APIs and connected tools. Assistant consent must remain scoped to permitted actions.
A read test is not authorization to spend credits, publish ads or widen access.
6. Provider restrictions and availability
Model, avatar, voice and connected-platform terms may impose additional limits. Confirm those limits before enabling the route or accepting a production request.
7. Reporting and review
Provide a verified reporting channel, explain relevant evidence and define the investigation, restriction and appeal process before launch. Do not expose another user's private work during review.
8. Updates and related terms
Publish an effective date and the actual operator/contact details when this policy is finalized.
