POLICY STRUCTURE · NOT FINAL TERMS
Terms of Service
The proposed agreement for using Adogenic.
3 min read
This is a proposed structure, not final terms. It has not been through legal review and is not yet enforceable. Nothing here creates an agreement.
1. Parties, scope and acceptance
These are draft terms for the proposed website, studio and connected services. The legal entity, contracting details, effective date and acceptance mechanism are not finalized. This wireframe does not create a binding agreement.
2. Eligibility, accounts and access
Final terms must state eligibility and account responsibilities. Members should use only the project and action permissions granted to them.
A shared studio does not grant all users billing, member-administration or production-spending authority. Reviewer access is project-scoped.
3. Service availability and third parties
Identify which features are included, planned or dependent on third-party services. Provider/model availability and client support may change; the actual contract must define how changes are handled.
This preview does not provide live generation, authentication, checkout or assistant authorization.
4. Your inputs, rights and consent
The final agreement must define responsibility for scripts, media, product claims, likeness and voice permissions, and the limited permissions needed to process those inputs.
Do not assume a reference clip or generated avatar grants rights to a real person's identity, a brand or an endorsement.
5. AI outputs and review responsibilities
Generated content can contain inaccurate facts, distorted products or rights issues. Review output before distribution. Adogenic does not promise campaign performance in this draft.
Final output-use rights, ownership language and provider licence restrictions must be checked against the selected services; no blanket commercial-rights guarantee is made here.
6. Plans, videos, hooks and CTAs
The proposed plans use one shared production allowance, not additive video, hook and CTA quotas. A standard video is 30 seconds; a rendered hook or CTA is 5 seconds. The billing policy defines counting, extra production and expiry; the selected plan and exact quote must disclose the actual limits before purchase.
Final prices, taxes and renewal terms must be shown before purchase. Paid production requires approval of the exact draft scope and quote. Creative approval is not spending authorization; material changes require a new review rather than reuse of an obsolete quote.
7. Prohibited use and account enforcement
The Acceptable Use Policy must define enforceable restrictions, reporting, investigation, suspension and any available appeal process. Provider restrictions may also apply.
The actual enforcement process and relevant contacts must be approved before these terms are published.
8. Warranties, liability and indemnity
These clauses require owner/legal review for the operating entity, service and applicable law. No liability cap, warranty exclusion or indemnity amount is invented in this wireframe.
9. Cancellation, termination and disputes
Define user cancellation, service termination, surviving obligations and data consequences. Subscription cancellation, deletion and refunds must remain separate.
Governing law, dispute process and jurisdiction are to be finalized; a competitor's jurisdiction must not be copied into Adogenic's agreement.
10. Changes and contract contact
The final document must explain notices and version changes and provide verified business/contact details.
