HELP · GENERATION
Recover a failed scene without losing completed work
Identify the exact operation before retrying.

Find the existing job
Open the project and inspect the exact draft version and job reference. An unknown status is not proof of failure. Do not submit the same paid operation again just because the result is delayed.
Review a retry
- Check whether the job is queued, processing, complete, failed or awaiting reconciliation.
- Keep completed outputs and select only the failed scene or operation.
- Review the retry scope, provider and fresh quote where required.
- Approve explicitly, then monitor that retry rather than recreating the whole batch.
Expected outcome
Successful previous outputs remain available. The new attempt has its own status and cost record. A retry must not overwrite approved work or silently change the model or scope.
Choose the right recovery
| State | Next step |
|---|---|
| Status unknown | Reconcile the existing job before retrying. |
| Part of batch failed | Review only the failed items; keep the others. |
| Provider route unavailable | Review an alternative and its new cost before substitution. |
| Refund or credit question | Check the actual ledger and finalized billing policy; failure alone does not promise a refund. |
