Privacy policy

What we collect

Your email address, which is also how you sign in. There is no password: we send a one-time link, so we never hold a credential you might have reused elsewhere.

What you tell us about your product: its name, description, price, photographs, and the URL if you paste one.

Customer reviews you paste in, and any images or video you upload.

Usage records needed to run the service and bill it: which generations you ran, what they cost, and your credit ledger.

Reviews and faces are the sensitive part

Reviews you paste are sent to our language model provider so claims can be clustered and quoted. Do not paste reviews containing a customer's full name, email address, phone number or order number; strip them first. We do not need them and they are not useful to the model.

An uploaded photograph or recording of a person is personal data about that person, and in many places it is biometric data with a higher bar for consent. If you upload someone's likeness, you are confirming you have their permission to use it in advertising. Uploaded media is stored in our object storage and sent to the model provider that renders the video.

Who else processes your data

Supabase: database, authentication and file storage.

Modal: the compute that runs the generation pipeline.

fal.ai: hosts the video, image and speech models. Receives your prompts, your product images and any reference frame.

Anthropic: the language model that reads your reviews and writes the copy. Receives the review text and the product description.

Netlify: hosts the web application.

RevenueCat and its payment processor: subscriptions and payments. They receive your billing details; we never see or store a card number.

Resend: sends the sign-in emails.

How long we keep it

Account and workspace data for as long as the account exists.

Generated media and uploads for as long as the workspace exists, so you can come back to an ad you made.

Billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is longer than the account may last.

Delete a workspace and its products, reviews, uploads and generated media are deleted with it. Billing records are retained as above.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may also be able to object to particular processing or ask for it to be restricted.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your content to train models.
