What this service is

Adogenic, operated by [COMPANY NAME], turns a product description and your own customer reviews into short video advertisements using third-party generative models. You describe what you sell, we generate footage, a voiceover and a cut.

Generated media is provided as-is. These models are probabilistic: two runs of the same brief produce different results, and output can contain visual artefacts. You are expected to review every ad before you publish it. We do not warrant that any particular output is fit for a particular purpose.

Your content, and what you may do with ours

You keep ownership of everything you put in: product details, photographs, reviews, logos and any likeness you upload. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service, which is to process that material and to send it to the sub-processors named in the privacy policy so an ad can be made.

Subject to your account being in good standing, you own the output and may use it commercially, including in paid advertising.

Acceptable use

You may not use Adogenic to impersonate a real person or organisation, or to generate a likeness of anyone who has not consented to it.

You may not publish fabricated endorsements. The software enforces part of this: an opening line that claims other people endorse the product cannot be selected unless it quotes a review you supplied, and that rule is applied in the database rather than only in the interface. The rest is on you.

Every factual claim in an ad you publish is yours. We generate copy from the reviews you paste; we cannot know whether those reviews are genuine, and we do not verify them. Do not paste reviews you did not receive.

You may not use the service to generate material that is unlawful where you publish it, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is designed to mislead about a material fact.

Credits, plans and charges

Generation is paid for in credits. Every action that spends credits shows its cost, and the balance you will be left with, before you confirm it.

Plans are sold as a fixed period at an introductory price and renew at the standard price for the same period until cancelled. The exact figures, the period and the renewal price are shown on the plan before you pay and again on your billing page.

Plan credits are granted at the start of each period and do not roll over into the next one. Credits bought as a top-up pack are yours until spent and do not expire. Plan credits are spent before pack credits.

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Cancellation

Cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation stops the next charge and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not cut access short when you cancel.

Availability and suspension

We depend on third-party model providers. Their outages are our outages, and we do not guarantee uptime. A render that fails is not charged.

We may suspend an account that breaches the acceptable use section. Where the breach is not deliberate we will tell you what is wrong and give you a chance to correct it first.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or the performance of any advertising campaign.

Changes, law and contact

We may change these terms. If a change materially reduces your rights we will tell you by email before it takes effect, and you may cancel.
